Jim Farhadi entered the financial services industry as a mortgage banker in 1989. He became a financial advisor in 1999 when he joined John Hancock,. Since then Jim has successfully served families in their overall financial needs. He is proud to be affiliated with the team at Cambridge Financial Partners, LLC.
Jim has continued to grow his practice and expand his knowledge as a financial strategist, bringing his knowledge of the real estate industry into his role as financial advisor for a more comprehensive approach to his practice. It is this approach that makes him particularly successful working with individuals, whether it is crafting a personal or business strategy.
As a registered Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) of OneAmerica Securities Jim is able to craft comprehensive financial plans for a fee.
Jim understands the importance of giving back to his industry. He has been a member of the Orange County Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) Board of Directors for 5 years (2003-2008). In this capacity, Jim led the effort to redesign and deploy the new NAIFA OC Web site. This accomplishment, among others, earned the organization a Gold Award for Outstanding Achievement from NAIFA California, and special recognition among all other national chapters of NAIFA.
Jim likes to spend his free time with his wife of Ten years, Lara, and their daughters Larissa (6) and Katarina (3). He enjoys dancing, having been a professional competitor and the winner of the 1996 Country Western Dancing Division I World Championship in Two Step. Jim and Lara also enjoy traveling and SCUBA diving.
